Don Richards

Don joins New Source as a Director of Operations where he manages various facets of management and operations. He brings seven years of experience in the durable medical equipment industry as Director of Quality and Safety. Don also worked as a General Manager in retail for six years and served in the Army. His can-do attitude, follow up, and leadership will help propel NSM to the next level.
